攝影師會㩗帶額外的小道具嗎?
Will the photographer bring additional props?
會！攝影師會額外帶同場景相關 5-10件小道具以方便配搭你所選擇的場景。如有些小道具已過時或不能使用，我們會提前跟你通知，準備類似品取代。
Yes! The photographer will bring 5-10 additional props related to the selected theme to complement your chosen setup. If any props are outdated or unusable, we will inform you in advance and prepare similar replacements.
如果服裝不稱身，請問怎麼辦?
What should I do if the outfit and costume don't fit properly?
一般情況下攝影師會提前跟閣下緊密溝通確保攝影日一切順利，我們準備的服裝都會根據寶寶資料而提供。 我們也建議客人準備場景相關的稱身衣服以便不時之需。
最後，如果衣服不適合，可以考慮改期或全數退款。
In general, the photographer will communicate closely with you in advance to ensure everything goes smoothly on the photography day. The outfits we provide are selected based on the baby’s details. We also recommend that clients prepare their own well-fitting, theme-related outfits as a backup.
Finally, if the outfit doesn’t fit, you may consider rescheduling or requesting a full refund.
上門拍照，空間需多大?
How much space is needed for an on-site photoshoot?
請盡量預留約GROUP A 10尺x10尺 或 GROUP B 13尺×13尺的面積方便進行拍攝。同時請閣下預先打掃好，避免雜物，以方便我們佈置。
如沒有足夠地方，我們可以以父母的床墊作拍攝平面。如有需要，閣下亦可到訪我們位於史丹頓島的小小工作室進行拍攝。
Please try to reserve an area of approximately GROUP A: 10 ft x 10 ft or GROUP B: 13 ft x 13 ft to facilitate the photoshoot. Kindly ensure the space is cleaned in advance and free of clutter to allow us to set up smoothly.
If sufficient space is not available, we can use the parents' mattress as a shooting surface. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our cozy studio located in Staten Island for the session if needed.
如天氣驟變或寶寶在拍攝當日身體不適，會怎安排?
If there is a sudden change in weather or if the baby is unwell on the day of the photoshoot, how will this be handled?
如惡劣天氣，寶寶不適可重新預約。
只有取消攝影才會拒絕返還$100押金。
In the case of bad weather or if the baby is unwell, the photoshoot can be rescheduled.
Only if the photoshoot is canceled will the $100 deposit be non-refundable.
寶寶照會跟別人的一模一樣嗎?
Will the baby photos be the same as others?
不用擔心，我們有數百款拍攝小道具供閣下配搭。每個場景都有多個版本設置，客人也可以參與我們佈置過程。

Don't worry, we have hundreds of props available for you to choose from. Each scene has multiple setup versions, and clients are welcome to participate in the setup process.
If you have any other considerations, please contact us before the photoshoot, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
押金是多少，以及如何付款?
What is the deposit amount, and how can I make the payment?
押金是 $100 美元，餘額會於攝影當日緻付。
我們接受 Quickpay Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay. 現金及支票。如使用信用卡或 Paypal 支付，將會收取 3% 手績費。
The deposit is $100 USD, and the balance is due on the day of the photoshoot.
We accept payments via Quickpay, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, cash, and checks. A 3% processing fee will be applied for payments made by credit card or PayPal.
攝影完畢後，多久後才能拿到相片?
How long after the photoshoot will I receive the photos?
我們發給閣下的相片會先進行精修，下載連結將會在攝影日後5-7 個工作天內發送。
The photos we provide will undergo professional retouching, and a download link will be sent to you within 5-7 business days after the photography session.
照片像素是多少?
What is the resolution of the photos?
成品照片將依據業界最高標準製作，解析度為 300 DPI，尺寸為 10" x 6" 的超高清格式。所有照片的最長邊將設定為 3000 像素，並保持最佳比例。
The final photos will be produced to the industry's highest standards, with a resolution of 300 DPI and an ultra-high-definition size of 10" x 6". All images will be delivered with the longest edge set to 3000 pixels, maintaining the optimal aspect ratio.
攝影師會分享 raw 檔案嗎?
Will the photographer share the raw files?
由於 RAW 檔是未經處理的原始檔案，不僅需要專業軟體來查看，還無法呈現我們的最終修圖風格，因此我們通常不提供 RAW 格式的檔案。若您有任何特別需求，我們非常樂意進一步討論。
As RAW files are unprocessed originals requiring specialized software to view and do not reflect our final retouching style, we typically do not provide RAW files. However, if you have specific needs, we would be happy to discuss them further.
